I admit that a stock corvette with good suspension will put up fierce competition, but I've made parts for the corvette and also parts for honda, and the tolerances to which we have to abide by are astoundingly different. 5/1000's of an inch tolerance for most lenient of honda parts, and up to 5 millimeters tolerance for any GM part. Why don't you take your american car with solid rear axle and leafspring suspension and go get yourself killed trying to drift... ;)

is drifting a car through a corner quicker than braking and accelerating? Would a car with more TQ at low RPM and good brakes be quicker than a high reving HP car that drifts through a corner???Its kinda like 2 different kinds of martial arts fighting.

That really is Effin Awesome!! I have seen drift competitions but on the back streets down a mountain I don't care who you are now thats impressive !!
