Sometimes, the girls are so shy on video, it's hard for them to say something that's interesting and relevant. Usually, as in Episode 7, Episode 6, Episode 2 and Episode 3, the girls are quite boisterous and bubbly. This Wednesday's show will be another good example. We've started focusing on girls with strong on-air personality as the top requirement, with everything else being secondary.
