Yea it was a woman and her three kids, she didn't see the 2nd train til it was too late, 2 kids died i believe one survived along with the mother. Never race trains in a mini van and don't stop on the 2nd track.

I dont think he saw the second train, he was probably focused on the first train and got blind sided by the second. Just a hypothesis.
