its tire smoke but its because they dont know how to strap the car down if I saw a car moving like that in my shop who ever put the straps on would be fired

Yea, that's the exhaust. You can see the car smoking when it's idling. Seriously.... It's a DSM why are people doubting the exhaust is smoking?!
