No the timer does not start on the green.The timer starts when the car leaves the line.Thats why on a time slip it shows the reaction time and then the ET because they are measured seperatly.Have you ever even raced at a real track? then you would know that.

9secChevy, for your information the timer starts on the green, or when you leave....your reaction time is added to your ET, how do you think people get beat by a slower car, it's because your reaction time is added to your ET.........

Reaction time is not added to your ET,timer doesnt start until car leaves the line.RT only matters when you are actually racing against someone.

f*ck me. haha thought I knew something... I really didn't think whatever time you leave the line had anything to do with your ET. And I wasnt calling anyone stupid, I just thought the question was. Aparently I should read up on this a little more.
