first off no startn a flame war just stating facts. @ quiet Black Smoke = Power in diesels or better known as unburnt Fuel second when Oil is burnt its a blueish/white color not that black rolling coal.also @ 93s210 guy Dodge does not make Lockers in the 1500-2500-3500 not even optional. Only Truck that Dodge makes that has Lockers is the PowerWagon 2500 series. Dodge only has Limited-Slip. About these Tug of Wars only thing that it comes down to is the Traction. If you got lockers chances are very high to win in a tug of war vs Limited Slip. Also if the truck is lifted w/ limited slip vs a lower truck w/ lockers think physics here higher truck lifting the lower truck off the ground = more weight on the higher truck (more traction) less weight on the ground for the lower truckPlus Tug of wars are just for ****s and giggles nothing to prove

nice vid well anybody that knows any thing about trucks they would know that the 5.9L I6 torqus up faster than the V8. another thing is that the dodge comes with lockers in the front and rear of the truck and the chevy comes with a locker in the rear and nothing in the front. but for the s10 dude i have a 93 ext 4x4 s10 and the 4L is extremly low but the duromax will pull my s10 along with yours. but if we were against a 1500 or F-150 with the same size tires we will be able to pull thim even if they are ext cab. i hooked up to a 01 GMC 3dr with toyo crowl tires and a 4in lift and it strated hopping but yes he pulled me but i have no lift all i have is 265/75/R15 wild country radial xtx tires and a 150lb brush gaurd on the front. if we had the same tires i probley be able to pull him very slowly because i have limited slip on the front and locker in the rear.

The Dodge was putting down 925 Ft LBS at the tire, and this "tug-of-war" was a parody, simply an excuse to tear up the parking lot and have fun.The Dodge was putting down a lot more power than the Duramax, but the guys driving (Jay and Dave) went back and forth just for fun.This happened in mid 2005 at Superchips, Inc.
