1) I HIGHLY doubt they spent less. You can make a Foxbody 'Stang run single digits with $3500. It might not make more than 4 passes. But it will do it. That will never happen with a Civic. (Using a Honda motor)
2) Stephan Papadakis was the first to break into the 6.50's with a RWD Civic. Not FWD.
3) Stephan Papadakis also used a C32 to break that record. Not a 1.8L
4) A C32 is an NSX motor with a displacement of 3.2L bearing 6 cylinders. Not 4.
