prolly not but when u dont have echeck its emissions legal in that county or city. i dont have to emission check my car so i can run tuned long tube headers but might have a problem with police for noise.

it would pass in quite a few places bc not everyone has emissions so if its meeting local requirements he can drive it on the streets. i go to fun ford events every yr and some of u people would be amazed who drives on the street

Stupid ricers--"I'm starting a build for team XX" or whatever. Street legal doesn't mean daily driven, it just means it'll pass inspection and has plates. That thing is friggin sick.
