I'm guessing by "bolt ons" you mean LT headers with no cats? How much power does the tune unlock? It's pretty much my dream to have a full bolt on, cammed, and after market heads C6 Z06...pretty much ultimate. Anyways, those are fast cars.

Viper vett with only bolt on's crazy

I think he just got the corvette not long ago and recently had his mods done, so he probably hadn't had a chance to clear the check engine light. Regardless, it still ran like a champ! I'm pretty much done with the Viper (it's mostly for shows and track racing), but my next project will be Chevy LSx based for sure.

The beeping in the Viper garage is the garage door autocloser alarm. To tell the truth I really wasn't expecting to win against an '02 Z06, but I think my 14 year old car held up quite nicely against a 6 year old car (Gen I Vipers are only 400bhp) especially since the only power mods I have are exhaust, 1.7 rollers, and tune. When I bought it a few years back it was either it, or a C5 Z06, but I just couldn't pass up the look of a Gen I Viper.

Nice vid and fast vette, I'd like to see a rematch with a few more changes made to the Viper.
