International makes Powerstrokes, Cummins make Cummins and Isuzu make Duramax and it's that simple. I heard a rumor that Ford was going to strike a contract w/ Cummins in the future, is that true?

ford owns no part of cummins. cummins is its own company and has not had any ties since ford owned some stock shares back before 1997.

and GM owns 12% of isuzu which is why isuzu provides the diesel engines for them.

hey the ford had the longest pull of the manual trans bunch and without a turbo! how many of you dodge and chevy guys can say that! oh yea and just for refeance... ford owns the company that makes cummins engines and chevy has theres made by izuzu because there to stupid to make them themselfs
