You dont even need internals for 10 psi, im running 15 psi with 11:1 compression with 96 octane.

a stock motor with the proper set up can produce those #'s. My 1.6 DOHC put 225hp and 196tq on stock long block @10psi. it all depends on proper fuel and boost. if you use a thicker head gasket to lower compression it can be done w/stock internals and be reliable. the head gasket i used was 3mm thick and brought the compression to 8.8-1. with that compression and aftermarket head studs u can boost quite a bit on stock parts safely.
