actually, crdjsph...that same silver cobra has had a few races against me, as we fequent the same track. He has knocked off 1.8 and better 60fts on drag radials and sprayed me and still hasn't run better than I have vs him. His absolute best is an 11.5 @ 123-124. It just goes to show, no matter the $$ spent, if the combo don't work right and the driver sucks , the car isn't going to do well.

dont think the cobra has 680. everybody has to realize that its not just power, but its gearing, tires, driver, reaction time etc. great runs though, i think the cobra could have taken it had it gotten a proper launch. great driving on the vette too!

The driver of the Cobra, Kenneth, a local guy here in NC, told me at the track it was 660rwhp, but upon finding him on a local forum, he lists the car as 680rwhp, with a stroker and KB 2.2 and some other mods, as well as an N20 setup with "secret" pill. It's his lie if he told it, but I doubt he lied about the HP, he just sucks at driving.

nice kill for the vette, but I seriously doubt that Cobra had 650+
