I'm not a biker, but that was BLATENTLY the drivers fault.He almost stops in the middle lane of a motorway with fast moving traffic in both the surrounding lanes, and THEN turns off onto the slipway/parking area. I don't know who is more retarded, the car driver or those who are making the dumb generalisations about motorcyclists. Don't you think the same thing would have happened if a car was coming along instead of the bike????

first off, that biker wasnt going any faster than any of the other vehicles going by. Second, you're only supposed to change one lane at a time, not cut across 3 lanes all at once(its in the driver handbook for christs sake!!)...no one coming from behind, no matter what type of vehicle they were in would have thought that idiot would cut through 3 lanes of traffic all at once on a freacken freeway. Three, if the person in the car would have been driving properly, he would have been in the far right lane at least half a mile ahead and the people behind him would have then had time to react to him tuning off. 86mike, I agree with you in that I know alot of people who turn into instant idiots on bikes, but in this case, someone turned into an instant idiot in a car.FordFocusRS, its EVERYONES responsibility to be attentive and drive safely, not just people on bikes.

The Bikers probably a middle aged accountant who get his thrills by driving like an idiot at everyone Else's expense. There are around 15 bikers at my work and they are all normal rational people but when they sit on a bike its like their brain turns off. Stupid bloody biker!

why do bike crashes video alway have idiotic pro-bike comments ? it's perfectly normal for the guy to change lane or gdrive to the side of the road if he has problems, what is not normal is that the guy riding the bike either doesn't look where he is going or is driving at a speed he obviously can't handle. Once again I have to repeat that bike always looses so it's up to the biker to be careful and not the other way around, I guess 3-5 dead bikers a day during the summer isn't enough for them to understand...geez

That car was pulling off the road. Just as likely a flat or mechanical problem as it was someone being dumb.

For sure this person can't drive a car properly. Another good example of why a proper street bike rider should always have the BEST helmet and ride as if he or she is invisible because even if other motorists see you, it doesn't mean they will respect you. Also, EVERY turn has sand, gravel or oil on it UNTIL proven otherwise! If you're riding otherwise, you are drastically increasing your chances of being injured or killed. It happens several times every day, unfortunately.
