Corvette driver likes to pus.sy race. On the 2nd run, where the corvette left early, the Cobra is eating him HARD and he kills it. N-Please. Best out of 10 races I see the Cobra winning 7/8.

For the Mustang guys whining about traction.... Stock Z06's have HARD sidewalled POS run-flats... Good luck hookin with those...

No excuses are needed for either side.. Unless they both had the same tires, drivers etc...

Corvette > Cobra 99.99% of the time. 03-04 Cobra owners are pretty cocky, and i probably would be too. Those cars are sweet, but very heavy.. Corvettes have a HUGE advantage right there.. And as for handling... >mustang once again... This battle is over!

The Z is built aerodynamically and light as h**l that even a monkey would know it's main job is to haul ass. Your Cobra lost but you can't win them all. I give credit for hanging with the Z. They're clean and monstorous at the same time. But it's all about the underdog for me. And I've seen him prevail on numerous occasions on video and in person. Good Job!

i was having problem stickying to the ground which is my fault. if you look at my other vids you will see me beating a 520hp c5 z06, that c6 z06 was making 500...that c6 zo6 is 1 bad a*s car..

Well, let me start by saying this. A brand new C6 Z06 will cost around $80, 000. The sticker on a brand new 03-04 Cobra was around $35,000. The Z06 wa s built for one purpose, to show that you can pay less than $100,000 and g et performance from an American made car that rivals that of a Ferrari F43 0 (which costs around $300,000). The 03-04 Cobra was built to be a bang fo r the buck introductory sports car that would beat just about anything and everything in the same price range. A Z06 pushes around 505hp off the sho wroom floor. The Cobra was 385hp. All in all, the Z06 is in an entirely di fferent class of car than the Cobra if left stock, but if you take the add itional $45,000 that you didn't spend on a Z06 and invested that money int o a Cobra, I guarantee you that the Cobra would not only beat the Vette in a straight line but also on the track (considering equally skilled driver s). Nice vid. The vette should be around 490rwhp. Don't know how much the cobra s spraying, but i paused the vid where there was a glimpse of a dyno sheet . It says 03-04 cobra 652.24rwhp ???
