the two cars where it says "fully built" the only thing stock in those engines is the cams.....the reason the DSG GT is making such low numbers is its only making 6-8lbs of boost on a non intercooler/aftercooled set-up and its tuned for driveability.....the plan for that car is a ton of boost and 600-700rwhp

fully built means the motor...as in pistons,rods,crank...
