I did a little bit of research about this car and the so called "owner". Apparently this Enzo was leased and the one that he crashed in the Malibu Hills were leased in Britain. He also leased a SLR McLaren and two other Mercedes from the same British company. The total value of all 5 cars were vlaued to 3.8 and the Mercedes was reported stonlen and had an insurance payout.
