There was also some kind of animal on the motorcycle!!! Keep watching after the wreck and look at the right side of the road, you'll notice a small dog or something slowly walking and then start trotting... I'm not so sure those guys ran after the accident, more like they were in immense pain and wanted to move around to see how bad they were. Kind of like when you stub your toe you jump up and down...lol
