Flowmaster may not be the best in PERFORMANCE but sounds really nice and loud (40 series American thunder) Now I love Mustangs which is why I own exactly what you have. But if you want the most performance out of you system why you didn’t go for bassani ? But don’t get me wrong you car sound nice, strong and loud just like how a true mustang v8 should sound. I switched from flows 2 chambers....to Flow one chambers.....basically nothing inside the muffler besides a tiny lil baffle and its out it goes....sounds wwwwwaaaaaay better. 2 chambers were too quiet and seemed like I could get more flow from a straight through style. That BULLITT LOOKS BAD ASS. please move the camera further away though! 4.6L Perform and sound hard!

it would sound better if the camera was further away......the sound overcom es the mic when its that close.................anybody that think any impo rt sound better than a V8 is crazy.......the subaru I-4s do sound good tho ugh

I will see if i can putthe camera back some more. and get less rasp in it. it was back around 5 feet fro mthe car. ill try like 10 or so. see what ha ppens. I like it. it sounds mean in person. But on camera it sounds raspy. ohwell what can ya do. ill see what i can come up with.

Becareful not to float a lifter. Any dual exhaust camaro would sound so much better. That is for the people who actually know how to run true dual exhaust.

LTXs sound better than LSXs ;) I agree I do like the sound of the 4.6L most of the time. There's a kid in town with an 03 Mustang GT who cut all but his cats off and it sounded horrible. Bullit guy have someone record yo ur exhaust next time so the camera can be further away from the exhaust as mentioned. all you're getting putting the camera like that is distortion from hell. Matt

I never thought I'd say this...but Mustangs are some of the best sounding V 8's. Hands down...even better than GM's LSX (unless modded). That's sayi ng a lot considering I have a 99 TA. SLP make quality products...some of the best aftermarket stuff out there. Flowmaster's are probably the worse exhuast system you can put on a car. They rust from the inside out and y ou lose power? I'll pass... Ford's modular eights are mean...no longer b ark without the bite. Impressive indeed. I'd take one...and everyone her e are so biased its crazy.
