to all the jerks: This is a lap include the gp course(by 36bd9fbd:the 2008 Turbo Cobalt SS did it in 8:22), and racing brakes ever squeaking(by DougWertz:else hear its brakes squeaking?), and the bmw lost minimum 15 sec behind the slower porsche!

Too many slow cars messed it up. The Enzo does this track a minute faster. Did anyone else hear its brakes squeaking?

that's just epic. this car makes all the right noises.. and I'm not just talking about the engine. that gearbox whine from the dogtooth sequential transmission sounds fantastic!

It is just like when they put a v8 in the m3 e36 gtr for alms series,it didnt come with it but they put it in to race.Everybody knows its not a stock enigne.Just like in the btcc racing,the m-motor 4cyl didnt come in a stock 320i e36 body, but they put in to race.

"yeah thats not a v8 engine, the z4 only came with inline 6 no v8" - good one. This is RACING; not production - there is a difference. Awesome video to say the least. Thanks!

one lap in a BMW Z4 M Coupe with V8 engine in june 2008 at the 20,8km long Nurburgring Nordschleife.
you see lap 3 in a 4h-race, the engine in the Z4 is a >500hp, 4000ccm V8, from the old DTM Audi TTR, but is a BMW engine. more than 200 cars starts to this race.
