Cool, looked like fun, was It the "Blue angels"? And it was probably not 1200mph but maybe km/h? "(Speed of sound:1235 km/h, or 770 mph, or 1129 ft/s"

I could not help but notice that you said the aircraft traveled 1200mph at the airshow. This is nearly double the speed of sound at an altitude like cheyenne. Aircraft are not allowed to break the sound barrier over populated areas. They actually travel around 5-600mph during this performance. Good footage of the performance, though.
