To consider these limited producton Mustangs as aftermarket, would also be like considering the old original A.C Cobra that Carroll Shelby made as an aftermarket too?, and btw it only cost more than $5million....

The Saleen Dan Gurney ED. is also different from a Saleen Parnelli Jones Ed. although both are Mustangs and each has their own signature of authenticity and exclusivity; also the performance of Roush P-51B is far greater than a regular 427R w/ 1.05 G's and only 51 produced as to 100. You can contact Barrett Jackson to verify these limited production mustangs to be sure about the term aftermarket.

00SS6spd, if you noticed Shelby Ed. are also SVT and the Saleen and Roush production cars has their own production numbers= not a modification aftermarket...They also have the standard 3yr/60K mile warranty, now if I just ordered some luxury leather seats at Saleen, body panels,decals, and will try to steal some emblem would= to modified aftermarket since it was not produced under Saleen Lab or Roush. As a matter of fact they all have uniformity spec./testing throughout their production vehicles, for ex: The new P-51B Roush is totally different from a regular 427R as well as the S302E to a regular S281 s/c, and the SVT Cobra Jet/DP KR500 to a regular GT500 and the tag price also varies and if you go to Barrett Jackson, it would certainly become a big of a deal.....
