okay think of it like this

if your tank is on one side and the filler is on the other

why dont you just put the tank opening is ? wouldent that make sence ? this way you dont have to strech anything not even a muscle to get the filler nech over the trunk to the other side

if the tank is on the driver side put the driver side to the pump and not on the other side

( old saying "common sence is not common to have" )

Here where i live in denmark, the gas station is surdentliy not that (non flexable) i do this every week and the hose can reach the other side of the car easy as just taking out the hose from the roll.

It´s stupid if the hose can't reach because then you have to make a turn a round and some times when the station is full of cars it's to stupid if you can't get in enywhere and just fill it up.

I guess we are i litle more intelligent here where we built gas station :-) or we just have the newest technics.
