my brother had one with 125000miles on it and on the way to washington it threw a rod... they are freaking beautiful cars tho

my buddy has a vr4 with 280,000 miles on the stock motor.. never rebuilt they last..

is it true that these engines really dont make it past 100,000 miles? i heard these engines and trannys messed up, i really wanted one till i heard that then i thought differently

Really nice vr-4! So wish they put that 6g72 into the 3rd gen eclipses, instead of the sohc 6g72. And it wont even swap in :(. Really clean car though!

My VR-4 a quick winter break in the weather. It has a PLX gauge, which I accidentally broke the face and I think the gauuge too. The whining noise is my fuel pump, not my tranny.
