I guess it has nothing to do with the fact the U.S government was offered 454 Million in aid for Katrina relief from other countries and used only 126million. Also Saudi Arabia offered 400 million in oil and NONE of that was used. The reason for not using the funds was because the government was not use to handling large sums of money (like our taxes)without f_ing it off on senseless stuff. The sooner we as americans realize that we have the dumbest f_ing elected officals on the face of the planet the better off we'll all be! U.S Government... a job for all retards!
