I have two 88 350 Formulas and they both came with the 3.27 rear gears. Nice run with that car, I haven't had mine to the track yet, but hope to soon.

I know there was an available borg warner 3.45 and 3.27 final drive(my 87 gta had the 3.45) and the 3.23, 3.42, 2.73, 3.08, 2.93,3.73,2.77 but I've never heard of a 3.47 Anyway, on a side note....was it just me or did it look like that track ran down hill? lol

87transamtorq, dude...you own an Fbody and still don't know what gears came in 3rdgens? 3.47's? LOL....sell the 3rdgen and get a kia

o yeah if you start moddin it try a procharger on the tpi setup with zz4 and bolt ons its good for like 700+ foot lbs of torque and 25+ miles per gallon. i like to see these gettin down because they are the forgoten f body. no one does these.

i didnt think that they came with the 350 and the 3.23 only the 305 and the 3.23 like mine when i first got it. the 350s came with 3.47s and 3.73s. either way keep on rocken in the free world!
