Lol thats what happens when u shot it at such low RPMs. I was at the strip and seen a guy in an 03 Cobra shot his right after he left the tree, next thing ya know theres a fire ball bellowing from the engine bay and oil on the track!!

Wow my dads 2003 cobra this week he forgot to put the oil cap back on and that night he revved it at a modifed 300 Chrysler and came back home then in the morning we went to go get breakfast then we came back and we saw oil in the garage and i looked at the cobra then smoke was coming from the engine he popped the hood and it smoked and oil was all over the engine but it didnt blow i was like it's gonna be ok because it's old and it has like 72,000 miles on it . it's still one bad machine and it's a 2003 model with a SC(supercharger) well anyway he got lucky his engine didn't mess up and i saved his car lol.

first off, who ever installed that nozle that far and low from the throttle body should be shot. Fuel pools and a backfire will ignite it. Engaging nitrous at that low of an rpm is what caused a backfire. Remind me never to go to that shop lol
