And considering that you state your car runs 13's you don't even shift near redline. Seems like your magizine racing....

The fastest I've heard of a stock IRoc running was a 15.4, never faster. This particular car model just seem to lose power over the years. Unfortunately they were an overrated car that never compared to the Grand National or 5.0 mustang.

4e258f84 - it sounds like your just another moron who got duped into buying a 305TBI RS sold as a 350 IROC for a profit. Like stated before, yellow was not an IROC option for 1990!

To the others, an IROCs ranged from 1985-1990, and could have anywhere from 155HP to 240HP from 6-7 different V8 engines.

Motorweek (vid is on here) tested a 1985 305TPI IROC to a 14.7 quarter mile, and got a 1987 350TPI IROC to a 14.4 quarter mile. Had they tested a later 245HP version instead of the 225HP 87 model, low low 14s would be expected.

interesting, since you couldnt get a 1990 iroc with factory yellow paint, only colors you could get an iroc in were White, Black, Bright Red, Bright Blue and Dark Red Metallic. so what did you really own? that color was only available in 85,86 and 87. and its been proven 90 wasnt the fastest year produced.

also,im sure your iroc had every option conceivable, which makes it a 3800+ pound paper weight. my iroc, has ZERO options, except for 1LE,G80 and rear defrost, it is a factory radio delete,a/c delete/non tilt column, zero power option 2950/3000 pound car. and yes...it does run 13.7s - 13.8s all day long/track proven.

and also, when exactly did i brag about my 13 second iroc? also,id love to know how old you actually are,or are you the average streetfire/car magazine reading know it all,who is going to claim you own TT vipers, and pamela anderson? and that everyone else's car is slow. quite frankly,i dont care if you like my car, those who are true iroc enthusiasts will apreciate it for what it is.
