Ha, I practiced my stick shift driving on a 4 speed '88 Festiva.
You've got to suprise the heck out of people running them with that little thing.

yeah i know my radar detector has to be higher... If you didn't notice the window cups are still on the detector.. it fell off one day, didnt have an y thing to clean the windsheild so it kept falling off... Doesn't matter much when you drive in a city area, I just use the detector to drive home on the highway.

IT HAS TO BE AT LEAST MID WINDSHIELD TO BE AT ALL EFFECTIVE, THOSE COBRA DE TECTORS ARENT ALL THAT GREAT ANYWAYS, BUT THE HIGHER U HAVE UR DETECTOR TH E MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO GET AN ACCURATE READING. JUST KEEP IT BELOW THE T INTING AT THE TOP OF THE WINDSHIELD
