the first mistake that state should have traffic sign's second mistake the sedan didnt wait to see if the lane's are clear after the van went threw the lane's. they should of waited for the van to pass then check the lane's

I see 2 mistakes- someone not watcing the road and 2 people just standing by not helping others. Someone's ins rates just went soaring due to this vid.

he sits there and describes how bad the cars are beat up and doesn't help... that hit was hard thou, if you watch the sedans passanger side window it explodes even though the impact was on the drivers side...

not only does the guy not help the people but he is probably the reason the accident happened in the first place. Think about it, a news crew and camera are out there, your gonna look over wonder whats going on. not to say thats an excuse for pulling out into the intersection without looking but...thats probably the reason
