yea I kinda did a sloppy job on the description so if you understood thats great. I love the 66, 67, and 70. My dad and I are working on a 66 clone and my uncle has a 70 454 original SS

Thank you for your knowledge of the difference between the 66 & 67. I always wondered about it. I think that the 66 & 67 Chevelles were the best looking of them all. I have a 70 Chevelle SS but if the opporunity came to trade to a 66 I probably would. My first car in life was a 65 Malibu SS, 327 /250hp, Glacier Grey outside and what I would give to have that car agan.

Well I have a 66 for one so I'm pretty familiar with it. But the main reason I say 66 is because of the nose. The 66 nose reveals the headlights from a side profile, similar to how a 69 front fender is. Whereas a 67 the front fender extends past the headlights if you look at it from the side. Also the tail lights on a 67 wrap around to the corner of the rear fender where a 66 tail light stops before the corner.

To v6z24jma, could it be a 67? You probably know more than I but how did you come up with 66?
