My local shop has a 1.6l d-series civic that puts down 471hp and does 10.4 @ 138. your tank probably has to make double that power to go half a second faster...now that is pathetic. And I was curious...how do you "throw an axle or wastegate"? I'm also assuming you've never seen or heard of the 4000hp (yes, three zeros) twin turbo with nitrous 4.8l 4 cylinder acura integra drag car. look it up, you might trade in your grandpas coronet and get an import. ;)

With my latest header and carb set up my coronet is sitting around 9.85 at 147 all day while your fhaggity little ricecans are throwing rods, axles, wastegates and dumping fluid on the track. They are good for kids as far as budget learning. Thats about it. No one takes a honda seriously at the strip.
