Thanks for the comment guys. I just wanted to see what you were all about. Touche' to both of you for backing up and clarifying your comments.
I think peoples biggest gripe with this car is the way it sounds. If the video was with this car running on the street and wasting a mustang without any knowledge of its power plant or what it sounded like, people would be cheering it on. Thanks to things like the Barret-Jackson auction, $500 1st gens are selling for $5000 on e-bay! ( I just looked on e-bay myself and it made me sick!) No wonder the younger crowd is switching to imports, Muscle car projects are just to expensive. Don't get me wrong, you can still pick up some RWD old school cars, but if you are young, broke and have your heart set on a 1st gen camaro your SOL. Someone made the comment about a Grand-national motor in this car would have been better.....I agree it would have been cool.
Maybe I'll hook my 67 up to a horse and let it pull me around. That would be different. Different for the sake of different does not always translate into good. I don't really care what a guy does with his own car, but when you post it for the world to see, be thick skinned enough to take what you hear like a man. To the guy that asked about seeing "another" First Gen with a 350..hell yes. I'll never get tired of seeing that. I also like the six bangers. JMO.
Hey USMUSL. I personally wouldn't have built this car, though f-bodies are the epitome of American muscle to me. Hence the screen name LSX. I vote conservative so "commie" doesn't apply to me... I'm not really sure why I'm even putting this reply in here. I guess I'm just completely fascinated by not only your complete ignorance and denial of the way things really are, but also the vehemence with which you attack people who don't share your point of view. You know what they say about people who violently spout homophobic diatribe, right? And you call us foreign-dick lovin' spaztics. Nice photo of your boyfriends Mustang.
