fast lil car

He might have 600hp in the engine, but it doesnt look like most of it goes to the tires. Pretty fast for a Smart thou I think, atleast faster then the average Smart =)

If you really listen, watch and think about it a few times, I'm sure most of you realize this car has much less than 600 horsepower. Let's say it weighs 1,900 lbs. Compare this to a 627 N/A horsepower (read MUCHO torque), 2513 lb. McLaren F1. Does the car in this video actually look close to the acceleration of the McLaren? Perhaps they had the boost? turned WAY down but I would be surprised if the car had 300 hp here. Many of you have seen the video of the SMART with a Hayabusa engine (150-170 HP) in it, outrun the Ferrari F430, although the Ferrari could have been driven better. The car width and track would have to be considerably altered for this car to be close to handling the high speed potential a 1,900 lb car with 600 hp.

yeah he was definitely not using all that power......but in my ricer part of mind, it needs carbon fiber canards all over the front and a really wide rear spoiler.....or is this not allowed in this e1 class ?

a yes I've already heard something about it I'm in Europe too and there are sick and fast car there...

@Zanna, not a bike engine, it's mercedes 2.0liter turbo inline 4@kickermsp, hi is short shifting becouse that was first time they are runing it so besicly they are checking if everything is ok with the car. once they set it up it's going to be insanely fast
