You are correct about the KA, that Miata is one BAMF!

The Miata is the stock 1.6 block but its built to run at high boost. when it was working right it was putting 350whp+ but unfortunately it was misfiring at full boost in 1 cylinder so they had to turn it down 8 pounds for the last nopi drift event in Atlanta. The 240sx is the stock block KA. Apperently the KA puts out better Torque and thats why he runs it instead. None the less he blew that motor at the last event in Atlanta. That Miata would be a sick little street car tho with the way those turbos hit.. hard and never ending.. its ashame it get 2 gallons to the mile of race fuel..lol.. I thought Chelsea was joking when he said it but he did spend 50 bucks in gas just taking it around the Friday before the races to try and trouble shoot his turbo issues..
