I had a friend that drove an LS1 and he bought an 06 GT after driving mine. He ran a 14.5@5800ft(converted to 13.3@sea level) and he fell in love with it.

Yep, I just killed a Caddy CTS-V at the track with intake and tune and 4.10's.

I cut consistent 2.0 60's on Pirellis. Take some driving classes.

I have been going to the track all my life. I have seen thousands of cars make passes, and not a one of them got below a 2.0 sixty foot without drag radials, slicks, or some serious mods. I've seen plenty of Mustangs and Camaros cut 2.0+ WITH drag radials.

This track has been checked by lasers and it is 100% straight.. it just looks downhill but it is not. if you don't beleive me just go to www.byrondragway.com and ask there and you will see that it is NOT downhill and 100% straight!

i do believe it looks downhill because the end of the track is uphill to help slow you down...cant believe nobodys seen tracks like this before

have u ever been to track before? i have seen 1.7 60' on street tires.. i cut 1.9x 60' on my stock tires 5 times. and consistent 2.0 60'.. you probably can't drive and you think everyonelse can't drive either.. go heat your rice up!

Best I've ever seen from a stock '05 GT is low 14. Sea level must make a big difference. I'm not buying a sub two-second sixty-foot on stock tires.
