Wrong... The DSM redlighted, it was a Test and Tune night.. The DSM ran a 13.6@98mph.. the 396 Camaro ran a 14.5@94mph... The DSMs 60' time was almost a half a second faster than the Camaro's even without the redlight.

Now let's consider that we're at Bandimere at 5800ft and naturally aspirated cars lose about 3% power for every 1000ft of altitude gained... The NHRA conversion factors for Bandimere to sea level are 0.9276 for ET and 1.0773 for MPH putting the Camaro at 13.5@106mph if it were running at sea level.

Thats called bracket racing. The DSM started early, because it doesn't have enough balls to keep up with a SMALL BLOCK CHEVY. That isn't a 396 Big Bl ock Chevy my friend.
