Don't knock 4 bangers...sure, there are plenty of faster motors out there...but don't forget...You do a 4 banger up right and It'll smoke a V6 as well as most V8s...power to weight...

Great Vid. Couldn't wait to hear the sound. That bike is going to be a surprise for alot of boneheads, including some 10k rpm screaming inline 4 bangers. But that is the true boxer legacy isn't it... Just when I think engines are hopeless. Great bike and vid. This is a true engine, like an old boxer four (not the subaru ej boxer, I mean the OLD boxer). Lookout boneheads. Here it comes.

The new BMW HP2 Sport is the third model of the HP range, following the HP2 Enduro and the HP2 Megamoto. Based on the BMW R 1200 S, the bike features a two-cylinder Boxer engine and has numerous details making their first appearance in series vehicle production, which were previously restricted to racing. The market introduction of the BMW HP2 Sport is scheduled for 2008.
