Whoever claims that the IS won the race is a Toyota lover. The video proves that the G won this race. Are you talking about this video? The IS wins on short runs, but through all gears the G catches up and takes over on top end. Watch and observe the video closely. They are BOTH GREAT CARS. Unfortunately, the IS is an auto. If it was a 6 speed, I think it would have taken out the G on a short run and top end; but in this case the IS lost due to the fact that its an automatic.
