A K24 in the RSX with a Type-S head would be sweet and fast and have more torque. It'd probably be around 240hp and with mods maybe 260 and almost 200tq

basically all an rsx-s needs to keep up wiht a stock GT is an intake...they stay neck and neck, they are close

The mods on the GT were a little more substantial than the RSX-S as well. Another thing I noticed is that in both races (and im not trying to be overzealous about VTEC here) is that the RSX was not in its power band during the beginning of the races...just from what I could hear. If you were to put some of the same mods on the RSX it would be a much close race. Just an ECU flash will not alter the car as much...you need to let it breath better like the GT did.
