1979 pound car with 190 hp. haveing passengers is your advantage, but my point is 20 hp in that lotus is like 50 in yours!! race him from a stand still and it would be a much better race cause i dont think you can run faster than a 13.7 on the streets anyhow. post a time and prove me wrong!

I don't know about that, Boostman. The video and the race essentially shuts down at 100mph. My car still had a lot in it, and the Lotus was fading fast. 50hp, maybe. But it would need more than 20.

The Elise is bone stock, and the Mach 1 (mine) has only an SLP catback. Both cars had passengers- the following race took place in Mexico (any familiar surroundings are purely coincidental). 50 to 105mph.
