That challenger is a T.U.R.D. Hemi motors drop power after like 5500 rpms....Low rpm grunt tho. To bad that car weighs over 4k pounds lol... Thing would serve better as a boat anchor.

DaytonaPro- you can bench race all you want but at the end of the day none of it matters. theres a ton of factors that could have made the challenger win. stang not getting traction, missing a gear, driver error or whatever.

"I think the ole mustang's gonna win.....that's what I think"Hmmmmmmmmmm.......let's break this down......426 cubes in the LARGER Dodge and a 427 SUPERCHARGED in the SMALLER Mustang..............geeeeeee, not sure if ANYONE would figure out who would win this one. Seems kinda obvious to me. Must be cuz I'm a Dodge fan, and have COMMON SENSE!!!LOL Just pokin' fun! Don't take offense. ;-)

I don't get these times. My 220rwhp M Coupe has ran a best time of a 13.47 with my MAF unplugged because it was fubared and on a day where the air was so bad that folks were trapping 2-7mph slower and their ET's were off as well.How does a Supercharged mustang barely run faster down the 1/4 mile than my car and how does my car beat the SRT-8!? Certainly these cars would molest me on the highway, but they should beat me badly down the 1/4 as well.

dark night, the newer mustang gt only wieghts 3400lbs, and i think the roush is close to the same!!!! driver and traction makes all the difference!!!!
