luckily, so my car doesnt look dumb for not beating my buddy worse, it was a heavily modded 5.0. With a few more mods he will be walking on sotck LS1 cars though.

LS1 in a third gen = nicely done. Unfortunately without swaps like that the 5.0 has the tpi's number. From 87-92 stangs ruled the camaro/firebird scene and 87-91 a stock notch could run with the 6spd vettes of the day. Minus the 89-95 Zr1 of course.

I guess I am saying to put some heads on that thar Pony Mr. Neeseius. I know from experience OEM Ford heads are BOAT ANCHORS!! I'll NEVER run anything less than GT40X again.
