I am only giving 1/2 throttle or less. I cannot floor it until I address the wastegate issue.

that 35r spools up pretty slow? even in 2nd you should be hitting 15+psi by 3800 rpms or so. sounds good tho man!

Nope I could not tune due to the spinning. I ordered new tires and have discovered that the wastegate is not controlling boost I am leaving to go out of town so I will address this situation next week. I only tuned to where I had traction, 5500 RPM.

Looks like the wheel were spinning to me. You aren't actually tuning on a gear when the wheels are spinning, are you?

1987 Mazda RX7 with a 1993 Motor, port work GT35R Turbo Motec M4 and tons of other goodies.

2nd tuning pull in second gear. Took some fuel and timing out and its running much stronger.
