Tried to the 180 shot today but it was too hot outside and I only ran 10.25 @ 131. I've run 10.18 at 130 on a 150 shot on a 52 degree day so I think I can get it on a cool day.

It'll take more than a 180 shot to get into the 9's unless your '69 considerably lightened. Do a direct port injection, not a plate system if you go with nitrous for the best efficiency. Love the Chevelle and it's a nice, clean runner.
