And I was refering to my dads hemi ram and my sisters brand new jeep cherokee with the 5.7 hemi. My dads truck was slower than my 4.7 dakota (yes they were comparable 4x4s) And her old jeep had over 80000 miles on it. And if you got a 5.7 charger for $21000 thats a steal and I would probably agree with your choice. Price, mpg, and reality all play apart in our choice of cars. Either way your car sounds very nice.

The regular r/t are still real nice you just don't get the interior, brakes, hood or the revised bigger engine. Either way Chargers are cool cars as long as it has a v8.

832906, I don't know what 5.7 engine that you are referring to that is slower then a 245 HP engine but I do know the SRT8 are expensive on gas mileage, insurance and weigh more. I only spent around 21,000 srt8 are over 30,000 for a used one.

ive been thinking about buying the srt8 to save me the trouble of getting all that stuff installed but its a few things u gotta think about dont really no how the insurance is, but i guess since i wanted a r/t challenger that has just about the same mpg as a 06 srt8 why not just get an srt8 im cravin for a black beaut :)
