8 liters, 16 cylinders, 4 turbos, and only 987 hp? Overly complex and utterly useless, heck the whole car had to be redesigned just to get enough air to cool the poorly designed hunk of junk. I'm glad SSC is gonna show em' how its done this May in the Wolfsburg Speed Trials. 273 mph baby!

Geez.. why all the hate? Like someone said, this car is and it's engine is a piece of art. Is it unnecessarily complex? Of course it is but it's done in the name of art and if I could afford one of these I would buy it in a heartbeat. They could, I suppose, have put a straight 6 like 2JZ and got 1000+hp out of it but would it have been as artistic? Of course not. :)

Its an 8 liter :-O......im suprised someone hasnt tried to throw on 4 35rs or larger turbos of some sort........that would just be retarded hahahha c an you imagine that...at 20psi my old talon made over 400whp on pump so if that motor could be built to hold 80psi (i know just theoretically)...... can you imagine over 1600whp on pump gas?!?!?
