is this 911 has automatic trans or what ?? maybe it's the driver fault

i love how everyone always goes back to the fact that you go could get any car and make it fast..whoever that loser was talking about slapping a turbo kit on a mustang and anhiliating the vette.. ..true..but i can do the same thing to an old rt/10 viper and murder you too..that's not the point! the point is stock vs stock in the same ERA (MEANING THEy ARE BOTH PRODUCED AT THE SAME TIME ) the z06 is the better car if you actually want to win races. Now if you have a ton of money to go throwing around...think..which is the beter buy...you could fricken overhaul the vette...interior, exterior, paint, bodykits, rims, tires, a membership to a racetrack, turbo, nitrous, rollcage...and still be less than a factory 911 turbo....so why would you ever want one?..u want an awd turbo..ge the new GTR it's a better car in every category for less money...O ad the z06 beats those 2.

Amazing given that the Porsche is double the price of the z06 and AWD and not to foget forced induction.

Corvettes and porshe 911s are great. Porshe has been icon since the late 1950's and the cheap corvettes have demonstrated their ability by litteraly crushing cars of enormously large value on relatively hard race tracks countless times. The result of one video made by a fan boy and the big ego of the rich will not scrach the history of both cars.

I think the main point is what the car is able to do from the factory, aka how it was engineered. If you go to the realm of hypotheticals where turbos come into the picture, then just about any car will be a beast. If turbos are the answer, then putting one on a ZO6 would theoretically put it back on top; I mean if it will perform like this while being N/A, then imagine what it would be like with a turbo.

And another thing guy on the video says the 911 is a 150,000 piece of you know what, well guess what mr GM i could go buy an 04 cobra right now slap a twin turbo kit on it make 900 rwhp pump gas Destroy 1300 cc bikes and it would still be 40,000 cheaper than the precious ZO6

Yea but the thing is all you do with a 911 turbo is turn the boost up and get a tune and the Z06 wont even see the 911's taillights cause the 911's $700 worth of mods will destroy it worses than a viper destroys it

CJDUB, tis true. Just look at the major car magazines. If there is a German car in the mag, they will rave about it and, no matter how many of the objective data tests it loses, make it the winner based on some arbitrary "fun factor", or "got to have it factor" like in Car and Driver. Anywho, I've always loved Porsches, especially this new turbo's technology, but there's no way around the simple fact that this relatively cheap American supercar beat the turbo. I guess if a person's ego is too big, the reality of this will be that much more difficult to swallow.
