It's always gonna be like this. One says the other is better but maybe we should just give respect where its due. I'm with both you guys on this on e although I'm a proud owner of a S-197. I just love it when the underdog prevails but that wasn't the case in this vid!

CJ DUB...you sir are retarted. My 95Z with CAI and Catback pulled a car on an 05 GT from a 10mph roll. Im auto...he was 5 speed. Hes a good friend of mine and I can probably get one on video. W/O the cai and catback it woul d have probably been even wouldnt you say??? I think catback and cai would be worth 10-12rwhp tops. Evan Smith took a bone stock GT and ran 13.3@103 ...well im sure there arent many GT drivers like Evan huh??? I would say t he average GT would then run what...13.6@101-102 well thats not but a coup le tenths away from a M6 LT1.

CJ DUB...your pointless. You make some of the most ignorant quotes. It's ob vious you know nothing about the competition which is not a good thing. I could probably tell you more about your car than you can. Both LT1 Camaro' s and S197 Mustang's both put out much less than 300rwhp, and we all know it takes a V8 practically nothing to reach that mark. Either one is a good match for the other.

I already posted my mods,..............cai, full exhaust, ewp, u/d pulley, 3200 converter, suspension, DR. stock 3.23 gears. AGAIN, i let him get a c ar out on me before i started to make it fair. when i passed him he wasnt spinning. That is the only new GT I ran, so that is the only one I can com ment on.

CJ DUB...And you have some LT1's that have dyno'd as much as much as 280rw bone-stock. All cars vary. But my point is, the new '05-'07 GT is very clo se in performance to an LT1. The GT might push out a tad bit more hp, may be like 20 or so, but it only takes minor mods for an LT1 to be right ther e with it. I've done intake, 1LE Elbow, and Cat-back to an LT1 auto and sa w 30rwhp.

well I hope to run into one that has the same mods as me, and I will e glad to video as well. I might get owned who knows, but my car will put a up a d**n good fight. If he does beat me, it will be within 2 cars.
For t he h**l of it I will upload the unedited version. But then I have people s aying the vid sucks, etc.
