ok hillrods of america, quit bagging on the veyron, saying it's a "disgrace to car lovers everywhere" the cars a f*****g beast. yea it's expensive, but well worth it, you get power, harnessed by luxury. the viper is in no way luxurious, bugatti [ owned by volkswagen ] is not done yet either, they're already pushing for a 280 mph car, i wouldn't put it past them that they make a 300 mph car within the next decade or 2. "american engineering" isn't "american" in any way what-so-ever. it's all engineered in japan, constructed in canada / mexico, and fabricated in canada / mexico / australia, but i guess, to you ignorant assholes, that's as "american" as it gets, get a clue. don't start bagging on something you don't have anything to do w/ the engineering for anyway, you just drive them, not make them.

did shark 2006 say a natually aspirated 8.0 liter? that's just sadness right there... but i'd just like to say... the veyron has 16 cylinders, viper has 10, veyron has 4 turbos, viper has two, and my last point is... veyron is all wheel drive, viper is rearwheel correct? and some how some way, it won? american cars rock

USCGjake its NOT 16 LTR its 8 ltr is was called Veyron 16.4 because 16 cylinders and 4 turbos another thing if you watch the TOP GEAR video on here racing the Eurofigther plane the veyron is up at 188mph in 18 secs! so I dont think the driver in this video was pushing it hard enough also its far more stable at high speeds than the other cars compared to it and this is the most important point the top speed of the car is LIMITED to 252mph YES LIMITED!!!!!!!!! ha ha wot are you guys like. So you say the the viper eccelerated quicker! give you the benifit of the dowt and take your word for it. But straight line ecceleration isnt all that makes a quick car. Its about corning and Braking aswell and the viper has nothing on the veyron ( dont see no air brakes on the viper) The veryon costs bugati which is owned by audi (GERMAN) $8,000,000/£4,000,000 to build each one they only sell them for the price they do at a loss of £3m to show there capibilitys as a manufacture. The viper couldnt even compare to the technoligy of the veyron. Put them in a proper race around a track and guess who would win. Do a bit of researce guys because you really dont no wot your taking about. To be honist im not a fan of either not my sort of thing try a proper fast DRIVERS car the caparo t1 (caparo-t1.com) 0-60 2.5 secs pulls 3gs in the corners and has so much downforce it can be driven upside down in a tunnel @150mph. Dont take it the wrong way i have nothing agaist americans I have many amarican freinds and lived ther for 3 years but you really arnt the best at everything ESPECIALLY building cars You need to jump off your high horse and look around you

Thought veyron was 2 x 4litre v8's (8 litre total) its a W16 engine
