ya that tt cobra def did not beat this evo

07gt5sdp is right, you can make more power with more motor. but the more motor you have the more weight you have. why make 900 hp with a car that has 8 cylinders when you can do it just as easily with 4 that weighs less?

Oh wow TIM this coming from a cobra driver which looks like every mustang NO style and maybe a TT Cobra could beat this evo but only in a strainght LINE --------^^---^^ add some curves and what do you have your avg slowbra! By the way even that TT cobra didnt beat this evo.

I'm sorry, but there is still no replacement for displacement. Boost is completely relative to displacement. That's why it takes an 8.3L Viper much less boost to make say 900rwhp than it 3.0L Supra to make equal power. You can't replace displacement no matter what you do. You can boost the $#!% out of ANY motor to make power... But equal boost pressure will always make more power on a bigger motor.

if u turbo a larger engine to 44 psi, u will get a corresponding larger hp/tq reading, so this infact proves that THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT.

this proves nothing about the displacement argument for imports. i personal ly know the guy with the fastest NA Ls1 factory 6-speed camaro (the hugger orange camaro from pinks), and he runs low-mid 9's.

bolt-on,100 shot z06's have trapped 140+..........its still more cost effec tive ways to make 900hp than a 50k evo

you know how hard it is to obtain a 4 rotor???.............and what high en d cars use turbo 4's?........WTF???

i know a 2002 chevrolet truck street legal thats running in the 9s at 135 and ran a 10.4 on motor and it dont have close to 900 horsepower and that car has to have 900 hp to get in the nines
